Our mission is to provide functional and foundational learning of life skills and tools for best practices when navigating through everyday adult living and decision making for older teens and young adults.
Our vision is to see our young adults develop their independence through confidence in knowing that they have the agility, ability and foundations to navigate through the everyday processes and challenges of adulthood.

Teddi has over 20 years of combined leadership experience. She began her leadership experience as a young adult and quickly gained valuable knowledge and experience in a variety of industries and business sectors. Her experience includes multiple areas of the finance industry including real estate lending and underwriting, consumer lending and underwriting, credit reporting, collections, marketing, stock trading, crypto currencies, investing, budgeting, banking, economics, business for self, and consumer fraud and risk. She also has experience and knowledge in resume writing, interview preparation, legal procedures and concepts, effective communication, graphic design, and creative writing.
Teddi believes in leading, mentoring and developing our youth through motivation, enthusiasm, optimism, and emotional intelligence. She believes that providing a foundation of knowledge about everyday life processes will provide a path to independence and confidence to navigate through adult life.
Teddi has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida in Management with a minor in Marketing. She also has a Master of Science Degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Troy University, an MBA from Columbia Southern University, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. Teddi is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Teddi has always dedicated time to volunteerism for the past 13 years. She has volunteered with the local community by participating in Habitat for Humanity events, Pen Pals for local school children, and local high school mentorship. She has volunteered with the USO and local breast cancer awareness events. She has also dedicated time to mentoring young adults, as well as tenured and aspiring leaders. Community involvement and volunteerism is an important part of leadership, and important for community growth and development.
Sgt. Donny Driggins is a Marine Veteran who currently works for a local utility company as a licensed Water Treatment Plant Operator with a CDL. He is an entrepreneur and currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Business from Columbia Southern University.
Shaundra is a flight operations coordinator for Aero Air Charter. She is a licensed and certified aircraft dispatcher and currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Aerospace Administration from Polk State.
Angela has over 20 years of legal experience in the field of Office Administration and Legal Assistant. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Pensacola State College. Angela believes in the importance of equipping the next generation with the knowledge to move forward successfully as they maneuver their way through life.
Marian is a retired Law Enforcement Detective. She has an Associate Degree from Philadelphia Community College. She is a member of the Red Hatters and believes in serving the community through charity and volunteerism.
Shannon is a Manager of the Credit Bureau Disputes department at a local credit union. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and a member of the International Society of Female Professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of West Florida and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
Christy is a local business owner and hair stylists. She has over 20 years of combined experience as a professional in the legal, real estate, and financial industries.
MSgt. Richard Arreglado is a Retired Marine Veteran, who currently works as a Mortgage Supervisor for a local credit union. As a supervisor, Richard specializes in organization, promoting communication, building supportive and collaborative environments, and focusing on team development.
Chief Petty Officer Larry Brown is a retired Navy veteran who served at the Pentagon and Naval Air Reserve Center supporting Navy pilots for Top Gun squadrons. Larry has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. He retired a second time as a civilian HR Consultant Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield; an HR Manager for the Health Department in Oregon; and HR Business Partner for Northrop Grumman Information Systems Division.

I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing a group of GenZers to understand what makes them tick and how they view success. Gen Z begins at the year 1996/97 to 2012. They are classified as the iGeneration and known for being hard-working, competitive, and the most entrepreneurial generation. They are concerned with financial stability, career prioritization, work/life balance, and entrepreneurial passions, which includes side businesses for passive income.
